Designer's Role:

Project Goal:

• Create a place where verified renters can share their first-hand rental experience and be a source of information for future renters to make more informed decisions

Target Audience:

• Future and current apartment renters

Key Challenges/Constraints:

• Future User: Inconsistent and incomplete reviews on sites that post apartments

• Current User: No resources for assistance with negative rental experience

Research Study Details:

• 5 participants, unmoderated, remotely, KPI's System Usability Scale, Conversion Rates, and Time on Task

User Testing Results:

• Find better designations for users 

• Make buttons consistent across the site

Conclusion/Next Steps:

• Build out the resources tab on the site

• Make the site more accessible
