Make the process of finding, selecting, and ordering an allergy-free dessert as easy and intuitive as possible
Target Audience:
Users that buy (or are looking to buy) homemade allergy-free desserts outside of their home
Key Challenges/Constraints:
Allergy-free menu options are often buried into the the main menu
Research Study Details:
1st study: 5 participants, moderated, remotely, KPI's System Usability Scale, Conversion Rates, and Use of Navigation vs. Search
2nd study: 5 participants, unmoderated, remotely, KPI's System Usability Scale, Conversion Rates, and Time on Task
User Testing Results:
“The process was comfortable. I would feel confident purchasing a product from the site.” - Participant A
All users completed the task in under a minute
Conclusion/Next Steps:
More bakeries should place their allergy-free options front and center
Build out the Allergy-Free menu options on the site
Make the site more accessible
